Strong planning skills and organised
Scheduling of meetings
Recording of meeting minutes
Excellent administration and document control
Managing and maintenance of document folders
Reviewing and developing of SOPs to improve efficiencies
Handling communication with internal and external stakeholders
Reporting issues to department heads
Escalating issues to direct line manager
