Our client within the Agriculture Sector, Bloemfontein, is seeking a Production Manager leading with planning and organising skills, a critical thinker and that exceeds with Operation Coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- 5 Year’s Managerial experience.
- Valid RSA driver’s licence with own reliable transport.
- Excellent People Relationship Management.
- Knowledge regarding IOS Standards.
Advantageous: 5 Year’s Customer Service experience in an animal feed industry.
Knowledge within the animal feed production industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a high volume, and fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
- Produce products in accordance with strict adherence to company’s policies and procedures.
- Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
