Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans. (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming correspondence
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
