Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.  (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
