Due to growth my client is seeking an Admitted Attorney boasting 8 years of post-admission experience in High Court Banking Litigation, particularly specialising in Foreclosures. Minimum Requirements
  • Admitted attorney.
  • Minimum 8 years post admission experience, specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on Foreclosures and vehicle and asset finance matters.
  • Previous experience in working on AJS & GhostPractice would be an advantage.
Experience Required
  • Possess high court litigation experience.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
  • Previous experience in managing junior personnel would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
  • Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
  • Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
Skills Required
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
  • Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so require.
  • Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
