An opportunity exists at a well-established company for an energetic and experienced Admitted Attorney to join their team as a Group Legal Advisor/ HR Manager.
Minimum Requirements
  • LLB Degree
  • Admitted Attorney
  • 5-10 Years experience in a HR Management Role
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Experience Required
  • Administratively very strong.
  • Able to manage the HR function for three companies with around 850 employees.
Skills Required
  • Employee Relations
  • Industrial Relations including disciplinary code and procedures, deal with bargaining council and unions
  • Recruitment and Retention
  • HR Administration Function
  • Training and Development
  • Employment Equity: update EE Plan, EE committee and submissions to department of labour
  • Advice and assist with all legal matters related to companies
